Our Annual Scottish Poetry Competition was fantastic this year. P4s – P7s had an opportunity to learn a Scots
Poem by heart and perform it to two judges. House points were awarded to all the children who enter. The
winner of each year group had the opportunity to perform their poem to the school as part of the Scottish
Assembly. At the assembly each class perform a Scots poem or Scots song to the rest of the school. All the
children listed below are awarded a certificate in the sharing assembly and will be invited to the Scottish Tea
Party next week. Well done to everyone!
