At one of our first assemblies, we launched our new Pupil Leadership roles. Each of our 2023-24 Primary 7 pupils has been given an area of responsibility. Pupil Leadership and Pupil Voice are important in our school and we want them to have a positive impact around our school. Each pupil was given a badge showing the position that they hold. The roles are as follows:
House and Vice Captains – leading their house with competitions and activities.
Sports Captains – leading and encouraging their house with sporting activities.
School Ambassadors – representing our school at community events and welcoming visitors in school.
Librarians – tidying our school library.
Play leaders – supporting and playing games with our younger pupils.
Digital Leaders – supporting other pupils with iPad issues and helping younger pupils save and email work to their teacher.
JRSO – our Junior Road Safety Officers help to remind us to keep safe around roads as well as to help with the walking bus during walk to school weeks.
Prefects – helping with lots of different jobs around the school such as lunch duty.
