Here’s what our classes been up to this week –
ELC update
We have had a wonderful time practicing for sports day and developing our balancing, throwing and jumping skills. In the secret garden we made an amazing discovery that a little bird had built a nest in our shed, we all moved very quietly and shut the door to keep her and her eggs safe, we will check on her next week. The children have been nurturing their peas that they planted a few weeks ago and the sunshine this week has certainly helped to bring them on.
Next Wednesday 15th is Sports Day. Can we please ask that children have sun cream applied before arriving at nursery and they have a sun hat and water bottle with them. We would love to see you all there. Children going to school will start at 9.15am in the field and the children returning to nursery will start at 9. 30am on the grass area in front of the classrooms on the other side of the wall. We estimate that it will last around 30 minutes.
